21 months: Silly girl

Baby Bear is now 21 months old. I can't believe how time has flown. She is so getting so big and has such a great personality. She is silly and fun. She is my silly girl. She has also developed so much in terms of her cognitive abilities with language and pretend play.

She loves her baby and will put her baby to bed by covering her up with a blanket, she feeds her baby with her baby spoons (seen in the picture below) and makes sure to put a bib on her when she does so. Often asking me for a bib. It really is quite cute.

She has so many words now, it is just amazing all the words she knows. It seems like everyday there is a new word. I have begun to lose count. She knows all the names of the kids at her daycare: Anna, Matthew, Robby (who she calls Bobby, I guess she has trouble with her r's), Carter, Ti Ti (which is a nickname for Taylor). She talks about them all the time, I am not always sure what she is saying about them, but she tells me about them. As soon as we turn the corner to daycare, she starts listing the names off.

She now says Grandma and Lola, which makes both grandmothers very happy especially since she had been saying Papa, Nono (which is what she calls LoloBear), and John for weeks now. She knows all the names of the important people in her life. She is even learning her own name. It is just amazing how much she can say now.

She loves to pretend play, she pretends to cook in her kitchen and pretends to feed her baby all the time. She loves to read books. She loves it so much, I realized that we needed to pick her up some new books.

She is quite a silly girl too. Here she is trying to fit into the oven of her play kitchen, so silly.
